Please fill out and submit the RIO membership application form first, before you proceed with payment.

Just click on the words Membership Application in the left side bar and it will pop up for you to fill out.

Once you choose RENEW or NEW below, you will be directed to PayPal. There you can choose your method of payment on the payment screen.

1.  To use your credit card, click on the little word "Continue" on the LEFT SIDE bottom side of the screen, near the credit card icons. You must have your exact billing address for the credit card to process correctly.

                                         OR

2.  To use your PayPal account, simply log in on the RIGHT SIDE of the screen......and you know the rest.
